Join our Tampa-based team delivering top-tier service in full-service commercial office buildings. We're looking for a service-oriented professional committed to fostering a positive experience for a diverse tenant base.

Key Responsibilities :

Support Sr. Maintenance Technician in facility tasks under Property / Facility Manager's direction

Utilize online work order system (including mobile app)

Perform general maintenance, touch-up painting, and light janitorial work

Address minor repairs (roof / window leaks, ceiling tiles, flooring, blinds, signage, etc.)

Assist with mechanical systems and life safety / fire protection testing

Track and report service requests and recurring issues

Help with hurricane prep and emergency response

Maintain accurate records and support customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements :

Available for rotating after-hours emergency calls and Black Sky events

Basic knowledge of local / state building codes

Valid Driver’s License

Comfortable with rooftop work, ladders, and varying weather conditions

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ years in janitorial or facility maintenance (commercial real estate preferred)
