What You'll Do :
Hunt for new business : Identify and target new opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.Prospect with precision : Build a robust pipeline by targeting high-potential clients in construction, manufacturing, and legal industries.Sales leadership : Take charge of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing the deal. Own your results and exceed your targets.Consultative selling : Understand the needs of potential clients in the construction, manufacturing, and law sectors, and position Thriveons strategic IT services as a solution to their business challenges.Build relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at C-suite levels to position Thriveon as a trusted partner.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, sales, and delivery teams to align strategy and maximize success.Who You Are :
Proven Sales Hunter : 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services, technology solutions, or consulting.Self-Starter : Highly motivated and comfortable working independently to hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.Go-Getter : Comfortable picking up the phone, sending emails, and hunting for new business every day. You know how to turn cold leads into warm opportunities.Relationship Builder : Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building rapport with executive-level stakeholders.Tech-savvy : Comfortable discussing and selling IT services like fractional CIO, cybersecurity, proactive IT management, and digital transformation solutions.Problem solver : Strong analytical skills to understand client pain points and craft tailored solutions.What We Offer :
