Details & requirements for this opportunity : Call & Requirements : Monday - Friday, 7a-3p, 8hr daily guarantee Supervision vs Independent : 1-2 MDs / 6 CRNAs daily Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic Certifications required : up to 30 days Number of Operating Rooms : 6 License Required or accepting IMLC : Indiana License required Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
