A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global revenue enablement strategy and establish a long-term vision for training and coaching programs
Oversee the design and execution of onboarding programs and lead ongoing enablement initiatives to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of enablement initiatives with business priorities and measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or related revenue-driving roles
5+ years of experience leading teams of enablement specialists or trainers
Proven success in leading enablement strategy in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and customer success best practices
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
