Collection Subrogation Specialist

A company is looking for an Auto Subrogation Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect outstanding balances and coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices

Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties

Prepare investigative correspondence and establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts

Required Qualifications :

1 year of third-party collections and / or subrogation experience required

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel

Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements

Dependability and customer service experience are required

Critical thinking skills are essential
