A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of Energy Advisors, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Monitor daily operations to ensure service levels and quality standards are met
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify customer trends and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in customer service or contact center environments with 2+ years of leadership experience
General knowledge in Clean Energy or Energy Efficiency industries is highly preferred
Experience with CRM platforms and customer service tools
Demonstrated ability to manage performance and foster a positive team culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
