What You'll Own

Direct oversight of field crews, schedules, and quality across high-stakes industrial jobs

Driving daily productivity, safety compliance, and crew performance

Hands-on problem-solving and real-time decision making

Communicating with GCs, subs, and inspectors to keep projects on track

Taking pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years leading industrial electrical crews or projects (Superintendent or General Foreman level)

A deep understanding of what it takes to deliver safely, efficiently, and to spec

Confidence, accountability, and the ability to lead by example

Willingness to travel regionally to job sites and manage boots-on-the-ground operations
