Job Title : Trust Administration Paralegal

Location : Northbrook, IL (On-site, 5 days a week)

Salary : $80,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trust Administration Paralegal to join a reputable legal team in Northbrook, Illinois. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring presence in the office five days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate administration and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with trust administration matters, including asset distribution, beneficiary communications, and document preparation.
• Draft and file legal documents such as petitions, accountings, and inventories.
• Maintain accurate records and timelines for trust-related activities.
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and court personnel.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
