Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? JARS Cannabis is seeking a motivated Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately weighing, recording, packaging, and labeling cannabis flower and pre-rolls. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring our customers receive high-quality products.

What You'll Do :

Accurately package and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls by weight.

Maintain high levels of quality and consistency while packaging.

Track and record accurate inventory counts.

Perform quality control checks, discarding defective products as needed.

Notify management of low inventory and assist with inventory counts.

Assist or cross-train in other areas when needed.

Comply with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations to ensure compliance and product integrity.

Meet daily production quotas while maintaining product quality.

What We're Looking For :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent (FA) card required.

Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.

Previous packaging, production, or cannabis industry experience preferred.
