Overview :
Seeking a Compensation Analyst to lead a structured compensation review and role grading initiative across the organization. This project will support the development of a merit-based compensation framework and ensure consistency and market alignment across all roles.
Project Scope & Responsibilities :
- Role Grading & Job Evaluation
Conduct role grading across the organization, starting with office hourly roles (accounting, lab personnel).
Sequentially expand to customer service and production roles, covering approximately 95% of hourly positions.Review and update existing job descriptions for accuracy and consistency.Compensation Structure DevelopmentAssess current compensation practices, including recent changes to profit sharing.
Identify gaps and inconsistencies due to lack of formal guardrails.Develop a structured, merit-based compensation approach to prevent ad hoc adjustments.Market BenchmarkingConduct a compensation study to compare client. roles against industry benchmarks.
Recommend appropriate data sources and methodologies for market analysis.Collaboration & SupportWork closely with internal stakeholders including the VP of Finance and HR Generalist.
Coordinate with department leads to gather role-specific insights and validate job data.Project Details :
