Overview
gTech’s Tools, Automation and Infra (TAI) team leverages deep user insights and generative Artificial Intelligence (gen AI) technology to improve or automate Google's Ads customer support experiences. The TAI team partners closely with gTech Ads support teams, product teams, and engineering teams to simplify our Ads support products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. We are leaders of the customer experience, advocating for big-picture visions, feature requests, and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights. Our work enables gTech teams to deliver delightful support to our customers.
As a Manager of Product Technology Managers on the Tools Development and Automation team, you will lead a team managing solutions that make our broader gTech support and services organization more efficient. You will help drive the development of tools and will be involved in ideating required product features and designing / implementing quick and scalable solutions. You will work with Google’s infrastructure to handle big problems over large datasets. You’ll be part of an Engineering team responsible for developing and supporting tools, prototyping proofs of concept, and writing / reviewing technical design documents to meet the needs of our services teams. You will adhere to Google’s software development best practices and collaborate with Project / Product Management and Engineering teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
