Job Summary

Gulliver Prep is seeking dedicated and adaptable On-Call Substitutes to provide instruction and support to students across all grade levels, from PK-12. Our daily Substitutes play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive and productive educational environment. Candidates must understand child / adolescent development, have experience working with students, and are committed to growing as an educator. Candidates should be collaborative team players and possess a positive flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction according to the provided lesson plans and established curriculum.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful, and orderly learning environment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning.
• Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents (as needed).
• Possess a high-level of resourcefulness
