We're currently looking for a Universal Banker to join our team in a dynamic, customer-facing role that blends banking expertise with genuine human connection.

What You'll Do

As a Universal Banker, you'll be the go-to person for our customers-helping them with everyday banking needs, guiding them through account openings, and offering solutions that make their financial lives easier. You'll :

Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Open and close accounts, and help customers choose the right products
Support branch operations including vault and ATM management
Spot opportunities to introduce helpful services and products
Be a trusted resource for your team and your community

You're a natural communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems. You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You may have experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service-and you're ready to take the next step.

Annual Bonus Opportunity - Earn 1.5%-3% of your salary based on company performance and goals.

Competitive Pay - Starting at $18.00-$21.89 / hour , based on location, experience, and skills.

Note : Final compensation will reflect internal equity and may vary depending on your location and qualifications.

Sign-On Bonus Available!

We're excited to offer a sign-on bonus to the selected candidate for this position. The bonus will be included in regularly scheduled paychecks and is subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions.
