Innovance is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to join our Finance team! In this role, you will keep payments flowing, accounts accurate, and customers informed — all while working alongside a supportive, collaborative finance team. You’ll be the go-to for billing, payment processing, and account updates, helping ensure our operations run like clockwork.

Position Description :
Responsible for all accounts receivable functions including : Data entry and postings of all cash receipts and billing, reports to management on the status of customer accounts, claim and returns authorizations, tracking of receivables, necessary filing and analysis. Setting up new, updating, and maintaining of all customer files. Ensures that all of the above-mentioned items are completed in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
