Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in facility maintenance, and takes pride in keeping the facility safe, functional, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs for the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep

Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently

Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies

Assist in improving maintenance processes and support a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

Previous maintenance experience preferred, with knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintenance
