Required Qualifications :
- 1+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to moderate experience with various technologies (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience handling escalated customer concernsExperience in a call center environmentDesired Qualifications :
Sales and / or customer retention experienceKey Responsibilities :
Provide high-level telephone and e-support on the client’s suite of products and services, including delivery, billing / account administration, pricing, content, technical support, and product navigationRetain customers and increase loyalty while maintaining a professional and efficient demeanorEffectively overcome objections and resolve customer concerns while delivering superior serviceEnsure all relevant procedures are followed through resolutionContinuously seek self-improvement through new product training and process knowledgeMake independent decisions to resolve customer issues using strong problem-solving skillsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated issuesMaintain a professional attitude when interacting with high-value customers and internal executives, as applicable
