Program Manager

Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
Preferred qualifications :
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with financial and data analytics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities :
Develop and implement new business operations, programs, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
Establish and manage team operating processes, including business planning, priority-setting, budgets, and cross-organization coordination.
Provide guidance and program management throughout the planning and implementation phases across various initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives in conjunction with cross-functional teams across global networking.
