As a Patrol Unarmed officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as needed, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Due to the safety sensitive nature of this role, qualified candidates must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law. This assignment is in a healthcare facility. As such, a tuberculosis (TB) test and certain vaccinations may be required.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines)Transport deceased patients to the morgue, as neededAssist in escorting patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency roomProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, hazards, and unusual occurrences within the healthcare location.Assist medical and administrative staff with security-related matters as needed.Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor protocols.Document incidents and daily activities accurately according to established guidelines.Maintain high visibility to help to deter potential issues and provide a security-related presence for staff, patients, and visitors.What We're Looking For :
