Our client, a leading provider in the maintenance industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting various operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : $20-24hr

What's the Job?

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Assist and supervise maintenance personnel in various tasks.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, and lighting.
• Maintain and repair plumbing components such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
• Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, and general maintenance as assigned.
