Investment Funds Mid / Senior Associate

A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate with over four years of experience in the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act, located in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting closed-end funds, with additional experience in open-end funds and ETFs considered advantageous. Duties Provide legal support for closed-end funds, including tender offer funds and business development companies. Assist with legal matters related to open-end funds and ETFs. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity. Requirements Over four years of relevant legal experience. Proficiency in the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act. Experience with closed-end funds is essential. Strong academic credentials and writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Washington, DC. Skills Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
