A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Editor to oversee the review and approval of promotional materials in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate the review and approval process of promotional and non-promotional materials via Veeva PromoMats

Conduct editorial and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance

Prepare and submit FDA Form 2253 and OPDP cover letters in coordination with Regulatory Operations

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a science, technical, communications, or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory, quality, marketing operations, or a related area

Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment

Strong understanding of FDA regulations on promotional materials

Proficiency with Veeva PromoMats and material review workflows
