Route Supervisor- Milwaukee Depot

Routes : Must know all routes and able to run if needed.

Monitoring Operations : Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies.

Staff Management : Supervising and training drivers and other staff members, addressing any performance issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Customer Service : Interacting with customers to resolve any issues or concerns regarding deliveries and maintaining positive relationships

Performance Analysis : Reviewing performance metrics, such as delivery times and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement.

Problem Solving : Addressing any unexpected issues that arise during delivery, such as traffic delays or vehicle malfunctions.

Reporting : Preparing reports on routes, driver performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Compliance Checks : Ensuring that all operations comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

These tasks collectively contribute to the smooth running of transportation operations and help maintain high standards of service.

Base Salary $75,000 - $85,000
