• Become the new car delivery rockstar! When you're on duty, you'll team up with the primary salesperson to create unforgettable vehicle handovers.
• Channel your inner tech-savvy superhero! Be ready to swoop in and save the day by answering questions about Connected Services during the sales process.
• Transform into the Service Guest's best friend! Be their go-to person for all Connected Services queries throughout their ownership journey.
• Master the art of pressure-free magic! Help guests fall head over heels for Ford's innovations and engineering marvels. Your charm will create an emotional connection stronger than a tow truck's winch!
• Become a mind-reading maestro! Assess customer knowledge and priorities to whip up a personalized ownership experience that'll knock their socks off.
