Position Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the financial and administrative backbone of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring experience in billing (including AIA), labor and materials tracking, contract compliance, light WIP analysis, and change order documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer billings, including AIA applications and progress invoicing, in coordination with project managers.
• Manage project documentation, includingchange orders, lien waivers, compliance forms, and closeout packages.
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring subcontractor documentation, insurance, and onboarding materials are complete and current.
• Assist with light collections and follow up on outstanding receivables in collaboration with the finance and project teams.
• Monitor contract terms for adherence and support change management tracking and documentation.
• Contribute to work-in-progress (WIP) reporting with cost and revenue inputs for monthly financial cycles.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between accounting, project management, and field operations.
• Utilize third-party platforms such as Textura, Procore, and Ariba to submit billing.
