Duties :

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal settings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using resources like Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft a variety of legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs and attention to detail.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to clients' cases.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.
• Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of case files for easy retrieval and reference.
