Receptionist Position

PrideStaff is seeking a proactive and energetic Receptionist to assist one of our clients in Fort Lauderdale with administrative tasks in the office, answering phone calls and welcoming guests.

If you are computer savvy, great with Microsoft office suite, and love learning, this job is for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Welcome guests with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Create and maintain folders in the system.
  • Properly respond to incoming emails and requests.
  • Assist with daily reports by transferring information to the system.

Qualifications :

  • Previous office administration experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A pleasant demeanor and customer service-oriented.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Proactive.
