A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - SHP (Remote Option).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure positive customer interactions with members regarding Medicare Advantage or Commercial / Marketplace products
Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
Preferred : Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration
Preferred : Experience in a health insurance call center
Preferred : State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license
