A company is looking for a Clinic Call Center Rep - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and respond efficiently to patient inquiries

Focus on patient needs and cultivate positive relationships

Utilize system policies to assist patients with appointments and communication with providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience or training with computer applications required

One year of experience or training in a similar role preferred

Experience or training with medical / insurance terminology preferred
