Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year recent customer service experience in a call center environment
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Quiet workstation with high-speed internet access is mandatory
