Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced statistical and financial analytical support to senior management and project teams

Lead department-level improvement initiatives and work directly with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

5 years of related experience in improving operations and conducting complex analytical studies

Expert ability in using continuous improvement tools and methodologies

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and exposure to simulation and statistical analysis software

Ability to identify key business issues and develop analyses for improving operational efficiency
