Programmatic Media Supervisor hybrid role in Minneapolis; in the office 3 days a week. The base pay range is $70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr. Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.

At posting time, the base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000. In addition to base salary, a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid work environment are provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy across programmatic platforms
Build & optimize campaigns across programmatic, display, CTV, streaming audio, and paid social platforms.
Drive performance using digital audience insights, platform sizing, targeting recommendations, pricing, and other landscape inputs.Provide strategic leadership and facilitate setup of private marketplace deals.Programmatic buying & QAManage budgets and deliver clear, data-driven reporting that informs strategy and elevates results.
Monitor campaign performance and perform real-time optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, reach, and conversions.Test new tactics, creative, and platforms to maximize performance; lead strategy and buying discussions with DSP partners.Thought leadershipProvide campaign insights to clients and create Point of View documents on digital media landscape and best practices.
Schedule and attend media representative meetings.Qualifications
2+ years hands-on programmatic media buying, planning, and reporting required.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk and DV360.Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube is a plus.Experience across brand-building and performance / direct response campaigns.Understanding of data governance and its applications for building digital media campaigns.Experience with tools such as MRI Simmons, MediaRadar, ComScore, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, etc.| a plus.Track record of managing budgets and achieving performance goals; strong analytical skills to translate insights into action.Ability to collaborate, prioritize effectively, and work with limited supervision.Adaptability, accountability, and a passion for results.Details
