What You'll Do : As a Life Product Support Analyst, you will ensure products and pricing recommendations meet implementation objectives, including design, coding and testing administrative platforms, illustration tools and other support tools. You will also :

• Assist with product implementation process on FBL administrative systems.
• Assist with new business and enforce product implementation process on FBL illustration systems. Provide support as needed. Help maintain rate books and reference manuals.
• Actively participate in implementations of products by documenting and defining administrative requirements, testing values, and review processes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by implementing accurate administrative calculations and illustration projections, rates, and values in a timely manner.
• Contribute to administrative efforts by inputting system tables and specifications, assisting in developing administrative rules and procedures, and handling complex situations.
• Assist in the completion of industry surveys and serve as a resource to provide additional support as needed.
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee values testing and post release validation activities for FBL systems.
• Respond to and resolve complex special / manual customer service requests according to FBL Financial Group, Inc., policies in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner for external customers, departmental staff and other FBL personnel at all times.
