Content Development Manager

A company is looking for a Content Development Manager for the US Creator Network.

Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the podcast space, including independent podcasters and media companies

Identify new content partners to expand Acast's audience across various platforms

Negotiate contractual relationships with content partners and oversee the management of inbound submissions pipeline

Required Qualifications

Proficient knowledge and interest in the US podcast industry

Experience in audio, digital media, marketing, or branded content is a plus

Some experience working with talent and navigating the entertainment industry is preferred

Ability to build a pipeline and negotiate agreements

Proactive and highly organized with a strong understanding of the creator economy
