Role Description

The Restoration / Operations Manager will oversee daily restoration operations, manage project teams, and ensure each job is executed efficiently, safely, and to Palm Build’s high service standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on field management, and excellent communication skills to coordinate between field technicians, insurance adjusters, and clients.

Qualifications

• Oversee all restoration projects (water, fire, mold, and rebuilds) from initial assessment through completion.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective job performance.
• Coordinate with the estimating and claims departments to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Implement and uphold safety and compliance protocols on all job sites.
• Communicate regularly with clients, property managers, and insurance representatives regarding job progress.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and final inspections to maintain workmanship standards.
• Manage inventory of tools, vehicles, and materials.
• Develop workflows, schedules, and project plans to optimize team performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of restoration technicians and field staff.
• Provide weekly operational and financial reports to executive leadership.
