The HR Strategy & Operations team within Gartner derives actionable insights from workforce data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining Gartner associates to drive growth, higher sales, more productivity, and better client experiences. We drive impact on Gartner's Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging state of the art technology, analytics, and processes.

The Associate Director, HR Analytics will be a critical member of the broader HR Strategy & Operations team. This highly visible role will support Gartner's HR associates globally and will be responsible for developing and scaling our analytical capabilities to support HR's mission critical priorities in line with Gartner's growth objectives. The position reports to the Sr. Director, People Analytics.

What you will do :

• Build influential relationships across the organization and partner with HR leadership to solve complex problems and provide analytical support to effectively impact change
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior HR leadership and act as the voice of the HR analytics to drive interests and alignment with cross functional business partners
• Utilizing technology, build and implement innovative and scalable analytics and reporting capabilities to identify both current and future state insights
• Develop a deep understanding of the key priorities across HR teams to ensure analytics provide actionable insights in the highest impact areas
• Deliver on HR objectives by liaising with key partners across the HR Strategy and Operations team, making connections across various products, and translating requirements across teams, providing wholistic HR analytics support
• Drive action through analytics and insights by embedding analytics into key processes to achieve desired business outcomes
• Establish a customer-centric, no-limits culture in all support provided
• Proactively identify and continuously prioritize analytical support based on Gartner business strategy
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support HR leadership

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 106,000 USD - 145,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
