POSITION SUMMARY
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Security Officer Level 1 is also responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons, employees and company assets. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive position. It is a job or position where the team member holding this position has the responsibility for his / her own safety and / or the safety of others.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers always.
- Safety and security of all customers and employees and their assets
- Safety and security of the parking grounds
- General Escorts, Security Dispatch, and Security Podiums
- Transporting money, chips, tokens and markers.
- Controlling access to restricted areas including checking identifications.
- Monitoring patron and employee passage in and out of the casino.
- Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards.
- Creating a clean, safe, friendly and fun atmosphere for all guests and employees.
- Responsible for meeting departmental goals as set by the company or Security Manager.
- Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
