• Perform daily reconciliation of product supplier invoices to the accounting system.
• Post customer deposits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support payment journal entries and postings as needed (backup role).
• Maintain and organize Accounts Payable (A / P) and Accounts Receivable (A / R) files.
• Post sales invoices and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports assigned.
• Support Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end close processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Adhere to internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to process sales documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support.
