Epic Reporting Analyst (Contract-to-Hire | Remote | 6 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Epic Reporting Analyst for a 6-month contract-to-hire role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epic reporting tools and a proven ability to deliver actionable insights that support clinical and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and optimize reports using Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB) , Slicer Dicer , and Radar Dashboards .

Write and validate RWB SQL queries to support custom reporting needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Epic reports.

Ensure accuracy, usability, and timeliness of all delivered reports.

Support end users with report development, training, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications :

Epic Clarity Certification (Inpatient required).

Strong hands-on experience with Epic reporting tools : Slicer Dicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar.

Proficiency in SQL for report writing and optimization.

Experience working with clinical and operational teams to understand and fulfill reporting needs.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
