ServiceNow Project Coordinator

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements and maintain communication among team members

Organize project committee meetings and prepare necessary materials, including reports and agendas

Manage work for the team using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow while leveraging Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related discipline

8 years of experience in IT, with 4 years of additional relevant experience substitutable for education

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows

Familiarity with government contracting processes and documentation standards

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to manage and track project activities
