Implant Parts Clerk (Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm)

Glidewell Dental Position

Essential Functions :

• Identifies the quantity and units required for incoming work orders, emails, and / or cases.
• Opens deliveries and confirms accuracy of shipments.
• Responsible for rotating incoming inventory.
• Identifies all implant systems, products and product codes.
• Understands and properly issues out products to requesting departments and cases.
• Understands implant functions, processes, and products manufactured in-house.
• Properly identifies tech codes for all product issuing.
• Assembles product kits to ensure department readiness for customer orders.
• Locates and corrects errors and solicits assistance from team leader or supervisor / manager when needed.
• Monitors incoming correspondence pertaining to product requests for customers.
• Creates and maintains an efficient space utilization plan.
• Notifies management of shortages or other issues that could impact product availability.
• Manages stock control; receipt, storage, retrieval and delivery of goods.
• Performs schedule cycle counting procedures.
• Pulls inventory transfers for outside and internal request.
• Makes corrections in computerized inventory system to reflect current inventory levels.
• Makes appropriate decisions to resolve any issues that arise within cost parameters.
• Conducts all business transactions and communications in a professional manner.
• Stock and organize products into its proper identified location and utilizing First-In First-Out method.
• Coordinates and conducts special requests from managers and other requesting parties.
• Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.
