Overview TruePoint Communications is an award-winning agency known for growth and client service. This role supports social media management, content creation, monitoring, and real-time counsel for client brands. The position requires flexibility with non-traditional work hours due to the 24 / 7 nature of social media and operates on an Alternative Work Schedule (AWS).
Responsibilities Engage in positive news and share relevant information / content / links. Respond to customer inquiries on various channels, including working with the online Customer Care team.
Monitor our social media mission control for spikes in aggregate social conversation about clients and competitors; work with managers to identify and flag trends.
Contribute to the development, execution, and presentation of social media strategies, plans, content, campaigns, and measurement reports.
Write strategies, content, posting / publishing, reporting, and data analysis to achieve effective social media results. Ensure all communications align with clients’ tone, voice, and style.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across established social media channels and liaise with the online Customer Care team.
Identify opportunities for internal process creation and change and implement them.
Engage with customers on news, products, and services and share relevant information / content / links; identify and flag trending topics.
Provide standardized reporting at the end of each shift and during times of crisis or high-volume activity.
Provide content writing and real-time counsel for effective brand community management across various social networks.
Contribute to reporting and auditing of client and industry social media; conduct real-time reporting and analysis during crises or high-volume activity.
Develop error-free messaging and real-time content to support clients' social media goals; demonstrate the ability to flag and engage on trending topics.
Provide timely updates to account leadership and the client to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Contribute to developing agency and client processes, such as training guides, checklists, templates, plans, and case studies.
Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in community management is preferred. Additional experience in social media, paid media, and other marketing areas is a plus.
Professional experience using enterprise publishing and listening tools; proficiency with Sprinklr is a significant plus.
Willing to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays). Holidays are recognized with paid time off. Travel may be required.

Functional understanding of multiple social media platforms; quick learner who embraces new technologies.
Accurately and consistently track time daily and maintain monthly expense reports and reconciliations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with client executives and teams.
Team-focused, with proactive contributions to improve results; understands and facilitates the purchase order process and vendor billing.
