Ops Print Services Assistant

The Office of the Clerk is accepting applications for an OPS Print Services Assistant. This is full-time temporary employment during the legislative session (October 1, 2025, through March 13, 2026).

Examples of Work Performed

• Prepare projects for duplicating and printing.
• Operates duplicating equipment. (Prisma Software,.PDF)
• Operates a book binder, commercial folder, and paper cutter.
• Works with the public in a main reception area to include greeting, taking orders, and filling requests.
• Must be willing and able to work some late nights, weekends, and early mornings based on the demands of the office.
• Must be able to regularly lift and stack up to 50 pound boxes.
• Uses basic computer skills to locate files, website material, and uploading documents.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of work experience including but not limited to clerical, service maintenance, carpentry, or security operations. Appropriate work attire is required.
