We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients' shipping and receiving operations. This is a clerical role focused on organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organize driver manifests and shipping paperwork for accuracy and compliance
  • Handle all shipping and receiving documentation for incoming and outgoing materials
  • Create and maintain packing lists
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipments, discrepancies, and documentation needs
  • Answer and direct incoming office phone calls professionally
  • Respond promptly and clearly to customer emails
  • Perform general data entry and administrative office support

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous administrative experience (required) 1-2 years
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
