As a Paid Media Account Manager at Tiger Tracks, your expertise in Google and Meta Ads will be the cornerstone of your role. We are always looking for high performers who thrive under pressure, command authority, and consistently deliver outstanding results. You'll lead high-stakes client calls, develop data-driven strategies, and be hands-on keyboard-actively managing and optimizing campaigns to drive maximum performance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of top Tiger Tracks clients (7-10 accounts), owning client relationships, overseeing account performance, and achieving internal and external growth goals.
• Build and optimize client campaigns across Google and Meta Ads, leveraging your expert knowledge of bid strategies, audience targeting, and other available adjustments, while providing suggested budget allocations for peak performance.
• Lead client meetings, conduct budget recommendations, and pitch campaign strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on sustainable growth.
• Update and maintain internal documents and processes with accurate information.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear, data-backed insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize client success.
• Upsell clients on proprietary Tiger Tracks technology solutions and channel expansions to deepen client relationships and improve results generated from paid media management efforts.
