Position Purpose :
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.). This individual will provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations, streamline workflows, and help the executives focus on high-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Manage the executive's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in tracking key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed.
Act as the main point of contact between the executives and internal / external stakeholders.
Plan and execute executive meetings, conferences and business trips.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Culture
Barrett-Jackson's culture is live and in-person. Team members are in the office 5 days per week, 8am to 5pm at the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. During live events the company largely travels together to produce and ensure each event is a success. This requires weekend work and long hours.
