Production - Finisher

2nd Shift Position : Must be able to work 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM

Starting rate of pay : $ 29.63 per hour; Shift differential $ 1.30 per hour for working 2nd or 3rd Shift

PTO - 120 hours (3 Weeks)

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Finisher position is critical in the manufacturing of quality products that meet customer requirements. This position reports to the Production Supervisor in the assigned work area. Finishers are responsible for performing activities outlined below :

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Setup Work Area

• Prepare paint booth, paint pumps, pressure pots and guns.
• Properly handle paints, coating and bonding agents.
• Verify that products are properly blasted, cleaned and / or masked.

Mix Paint and Epoxy

Apply Paint and Coatings According to Specifications, Manufacturing Guidelines and Internal Procedures
