We are hiring a Training Coordinator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a Training Coordinator, you will design and deliver weekly training (standard work / SWIs, courses, videos), manage training logistics, champion lean practices, and spend about 20% hands-on on the floor. You'll investigate system and quality defects, troubleshoot admin tech issues, juggle multiple priorities with minimal oversight, and make decisions that boost daily operational efficiency. Internal eligibility Must have held current position in CPS for 6 months, meet the qualifications for the position, and not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Training Coordinator, you will :

• Create and develop weekly training deliverables in the form of standard work & SWI documents, facilitated courses and videos
• Coordinate, track and report on logistics relating to training activities
• Understand, train and sustain lean practices
• Spends approximately 20% of their time operating equipment or performing other tasks
• Investigate defects in system transaction entry and product quality and follow up with employees and management as needed
• Identify and resolve day-to-day Admin technical problems
• Prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal management oversight
• Make decisions that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the departments daily operation

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $44,800 - $83,200. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
