Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program is designed to attract and develop future leaders. This opportunity is for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing career opportunities in retail. As a Merchandising Intern at Michaels, you will be assigned to a team in Buying and gain hands-on experience with core responsibilities, relevant projects, and professional development opportunities.

Major Activities

• Actively participate in learning and development opportunities designed to help you grow personally and professionally.
• Develop a diverse skillset through hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the business.
• Contribute your fresh perspective and creative ideas to your assigned team and your intern group project.
