Business Optimization Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cross-divisional projects to enhance business processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Set strategic direction for business process improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Consult with senior management to drive organizational efficiency and ensure customer needs are prioritized

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct reports

3+ years as a Six Sigma practitioner

3+ years of project management experience with complex projects

Ability to influence teams and navigate organizational dynamics
