Position Part-Time Marketing Professional to support our continued growth and help expand our presence in the environmental testing industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marketing candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to a company with a meaningful mission.
Position Summary The Part-Time Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, digital content, and communications, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
Manage and grow NETLab’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and industry networks
Draft, edit, and publish professional content, including newsletters, website updates, press releases, and client communications
Support the design and execution of email marketing campaigns and outreach programs
Coordinate NETLab’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and promotional materials
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of professional marketing experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with environmental science or technical industries is a plus, but not required
Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)
Potential for hybrid work environment – in-office time preferred with some remote flexibility
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
